Almonds taste like almonds and apricots taste like apricots... May 31, 2010 P. Stalker (Angelica NY) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
Good texture and flavor in this fresh, chewy and substantial bar. Two make a meal replacement when I have to work through a lunch hour.
Really good Bar July 31, 2010 VickiB 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Great snack bar very filling so I was able to use as a meal replacement also sweet enough to be a desert.
Yes. We like them. August 9, 2010 A. Jackman (Huntsville) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
It seems the almond & apricot bars were changed when they switched from the 8 pack to the 12 pack so that they added more apricot or sweetness in some way. I was happy with the less-sweet version, but the taste is still divine. The kids' favorite are the fruit & nut, but this is a close second. The subscription price beats all the market prices I've seen.
my favorite work snack August 16, 2010 Peggy A. Gnehm 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love Kind bars, especially the almond/apricot variety. They're whole foods-mostly just dried fruit and nuts- & taste great. Perfect for grabbing out of my pocket for a quick nibble at work.
Better than most bars, for sure- very nutty! August 23, 2010 T. Wilson (Oakland, CA United States) I usually don't like "nutrition" bars- if I'm hungry and in a hurry, I don't like to try and choke down a grain-type bar that requires a lot of water or liquid to get it down. These bars are great because there's no grain involved. It's just a delightful blend of dried fruit and crunchy toasted almonds- a bit of a tang to balance out the sweetness. Not TOO dry- still moist, chewy, crunchy, and very delicious.
I realize grains may be important to some people, but I usually just have trouble eating those style bars.
This, I look forward to- and in a pinch, it makes a tasty dessert- healthier than lots of other things.
