I wasn't sure exactly what to do with Maple Sugar, so I just started adding it to my everyday baking items. It adds a nice warm flavor to cookies/pancakes/breads, etc. Blends well and tastes great on top of oatmeal.

I love this maple sugar! It is great sprinkled on top of cookies, or other baked goods, before baking. I really like to mix it with some cinnamon to put on my buttered toast....Mmmmmmm good! You can use it for so many things. And the price here on Amazon makes it hard to pass up...especially if you do the subscription option!

My local healthfood store sells this for nearly double the subscribe and save cost. I couldn't believe it. This is very good quality organic maple sugar and the price is the best I can find anywhere. I use this sparingly as it's still a very expensive sweetener, but it has all the vitamins and minerals so doesn't deplete your body to digest.

I really like this maple sugar. I put it on oatmeal and the slight crunch is really a nice contrast to the mushy oatmeal. The sugar is sweet, but not cloyingly so. I would definitely recommend it.
